Vinyasa Flow: This 60-minute class is from the Power Vinyasa Yoga tradition, connecting powerful breath with dynamic, flowing movements. Physical poses are held for shorter periods of time and connected through Sun Salutations and breath, creating the “flow” aspect of this practice. Often referred to as meditation in motion, vinyasa yoga cultivates: strength, endurance, flexibility, balance, focus, and tranquility. Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically, sweat expels toxins and re-energizes your body. Mentally, the synchronized breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body.
Meditation: During this 30-minute class you will become a witness to the flow of your mind. Like working out your bicep, meditation works out the mind and cultivates: awareness, stillness, peace, balance, and connection to Pure Universal Energy Source/ Creative Energy of All That Is.
Vinyasa & Vino: “Wine down” with a 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class followed by 15 minutes of meditation. Then gather with friends for some wine and cheese, compliments of Fiscalini Farms.
