Niramaya Yoga runs yoga classes in Central and West London. The teaching style is technical and precise, with detailed instructions and adjustments, and class sizes are strictly limited. The next eight week beginner course will start on 8th October, 2012, and run until 26th November, 19:00-20:30. The course will be held at the RADA Studios, 16-19 Chenies Street, WC1 7EX. This course is the perfect introduction to yoga, ensuring you learn correct technique from the outset, and develop confidence in all the level 1 poses. You will also learn some yoga theory, in terms of how yoga affects the body, and the philosophical context of the practice. The cost of the course is £150. We also run a tuesday evening class for those with some experience, at the Albany Club, Little Albany Street, Off Albany Street, NW1 4DY. The class runs at 19:00-20:30, and aims to refine students' technique at level, and gradually to introduce the level 2 poses.
