This is a vinyasa flow style class. There are both fast and slow paced series within the class in which the movement is synchronized to the breath and the poses are fluid meaning that they flow together from one pose to the next like a dance. The focus is to connect to our breath and our bodies, bringing awareness to ourselves and our practice. It is in The Home of Om, the entrance is at the back of the building up the stairs. Drop in is $12 and the class runs every Thursday from 6-730.
