Join me at Rescue Yoga in Carrollton every Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. These are restorative classes that are appropriate for all levels of students including those recovering from an illness or injury, or have physical limitations. Yoga with Linda, offers private sessions with up to 3 people and groups of 20 or less in the home, office, church, and community setting.
