I am offering private yoga sessions through a classic Vinyasa yoga method. Practicing with a private instructor will allow you to tailor each session to your specific needs as well as develop the foundation needed to move to the intermediate/advanced level of yoga. We can meet in a studio in Brickell or in your home. AMA YOGA is a vigorous fast-paced classic Vinyasa method based movement class.
