MOONLIGHT YOGA • Wednesday 7pm Yoga under the moon and stars, a truly cosmic experience. This flow class cultivates the yogi from the inside out, allowing you to find your inner rhythm. You will be lead in to strengthening your body and breath to create endurance in your practice. We work with Ujjayi breath to release tensions at any moment to take with you off the mat and be able to come back to your natural state of being.
