Classes on Mondays and Thursdays 7:15pm at the Gold's Gym in Anderson. Yoga class cost is $5 per person per class for non-members.
Now offering yoga classes for Girl Scouts! Girl Scouts can earn their Yoga Fun Patch in a 2 hour event planned just for them. Cost is $10 per participant and includes the patch.

Stress Reduction: The quiet movements of yoga draw your focus away from your busy and hectic life as you move through poses towards a calm balance. Increased Fitness: The practice of yoga will increase your balance, flexibility, range of motion and strength. Yoga will increase your overall fitness and health.
