Namaste! Thank you for taking interest in exploring the life changing techniques of Yoga. I have designed the sequence practice OM ANAHATA YOGA for practitioners at entry and intermediate levels. This is the Hatha Yoga style, with anatomical focus on heart health, alleviating the stress, weight loss, developing core strength, bone and joint health. The mental restorative effects include meditation and Pranayama, breathing techniques. OM ANAHATA practice can be valuable part in the process of healing and recovery.
