Drop in to relax and unwind in a friendly setting. Classes are kept small to ensure that full care and attention can be given to the individual student. You can expect to combine gentle flowing sequences with static postures. Classes are practised at a moderate pace and connecting with the breath is a central focus. We finish with a calming guided relaxation. People with pre-existing health conditions should contact their doctor prior to joining a class.
