I am an Indian yoga teacher with the motto and profession of promoting yoga, yogic culture and developing good will for Indian culture.

For more than 15 years I have been practicing and acculturating yoga and yogic culture through different courses, practices, classes and demonstrations

Over the years, yoga has been learnt and practiced. However, misconceptions and immature experimentations have led to a lot of devastating results. Hence there is a need to revise our thinking and learning process associated with yoga

As a yoga teacher relying on knowledge gained over years of continuous practice and experimentation, I have been extending professional support to educate and ensure exposure to yoga teachers and even the youth who are interested in learning yoga in the true sense and spreading it in a well versed manner.
