As a yoga instructor and psychotherapist, I am available for private sessions, and I also offer a variety of classes for different needs and levels of practice. I facilitate a monthly support group for mothers which begins with an open discussion and ends with a gentle, restorative yoga practice. In addition, I teach vinyasa flow designed to challenge and strengthen the intermediate/advanced student, and I offer a prenatal class suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy, as well as for women who are returning to yoga after giving birth.
