All yoga classes are core based power yoga with an emphasis on alignment. Classes included, Yoga 4 Surfers, Beachasana, Hard Core Yoga, Power Play, and H2Om, a full yoga flow on the paddleboards! We also have Yoga & Paddleboarding weekends, weeklong retreats that include yoga, surf, paddleboarding, mt. biking, hiking and more. You only need 3 people to schedule your own week!
