I am a Yin Yoga teacher and Acrobat, I specialize in working with people to facilitate peace and mindfulness, breathing techniques, relief from physical and emotional pain and stress through yoga and meditation, focusing on an integration of the mind and body back into a state of joyful living. I facilitate deep relaxation sessions and Yoga Nidra and am a registered Traditional Thai Massage therapist. I also run trainings to teach aspiring Yin Yoga Teachers. I am available for group classes at both the Osteopathic Health Centre and at Zen yoga and will also see individuals and groups privately.
