Wondering where to begin? It's simple. Just check out each studio's calender (see the above tab entitled 'calender'), give us a call and drop in for any class at any of our collectives locations. We offer Ashtanga, Hatha, Ashtanga Flow, Restorative Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Zen Stretch classes and various other classes as well! Take your time to try out the various types of yoga with different instructors. You may find that you prefer one teacher or studio over another and that you enjoy a certain style of yoga.
