I am a dedicated and passionate teacher and student of Hatha Yoga and Yamuna Body Rolling, seeking to share the Yoga tradition with students of all ages and physical conditions for the purpose of stress and pain relief, emotional balance and well-being and personal fitness. Yoga has been an integral part of my life for over 20 years. I offer Sivananda, Core Strength Vinyasa and Therapeutic Hatha Yoga, according to the needs and desires of my students. I integrate various yoga styles and pranayama exercises into my practice for a creative, inspired and personal Hatha Yoga experience. My ministry is to offer Yoga in a manner that is easily accessible to anyone, regardless of age, level of fitness, or religious orientation.
