Grounded has been established to provide BEINGS with a clean zone which allows access to healthy activities and services at a reasonable cost. We are here to help you make the right choices with fitness and health, through the mind, body and spirit. We are here to lead you to a healthy lifestyle, enriching your life and the lives around you. We offer classes in Yoga, Tai Chi, self defense, meditation, marine conservation courses, AA and NA counseling, acupuncture, therapeutic massage and kids classes with even more to come. Yoga classes are only 150 baht.
