DETOX YOGA

In 10 weeks you can increase your concentration, mood, energy levels and well being. You may gain greater body awareness through breathing practices, flowing sequences, strengthening and twisting postures. You may develop flexibility, strength and balance. This 2-hour class focuses on relaxation and meditation and can improve your breathing and sleeping pattern (which has a very positive effect on the immune system).
