Introduction to Astanga – Purna Yoga With Yoga Grand Master Sergei Sidorenko A personalized yoga experience on the basis of easily performed techniques and exercises with results of which you could up to present only dream of. With applications concerning physical, mental and spiritual health, purification & growth. Especially directed to individual needs & specifically supportive for purification and development on the path of enlargement of consciousness. A development program directed to hormonal (glands) en corresponding energetic levels (nadis, marmas, chakras, …). In the sessions a comprehensive program is being thought, adjusted to personal needs and with which everyone can start working. Experience and knowledge in yoga is no requirement. *** Sergei Sidorenko will be in the BeNeLux between 02/12/2012 en 15/12/2012. • The first week of December (01/12/2012-09/12/2012) yoga sessions are organized in the Netherlands in Leiden – Yoga Haven, Studio De Oude Smederij - Haven 54 - 2312ML Leiden. • The second week of December ( 10/12/2012- 16/12/2012) yoga sessions are organized in the Netherlands in Amsterdam – Karunika, Meerhuizenplein 11 – Amsterdam. • During the whole period yoga sessions are organized in the Netherlands in Soest – Niburu, Birkstraat 136 – 3768HM Soest georganiseerd. • The price per session is 20 euro. From 5 sessions it becomes 15 euro and from 10 sessions it becomes 10 euro. If you book in advance for 5 or 10 sessions respectively for 15 or 10 euro than you are kindly asked to pay the amount in advance.
