I teach a very light hearted fun creative vinyasa flow. Combining techniques from a variety of lineages and an ever changing cranked playlist . We build heat and work on both flow and form in static postures. My main message is: let go and have fun, be yourself-it's only yoga. Currently I teach classes at Virv Yoga in Steamboat and am available for private lessons and venues. New donation based class: Wed's 5:30 pm at Sundance Studio, Steamboat-effective 1/23/13.
