The ultimate goal of yoga practice includes Sananda Samadhi or Bliss according to the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. In your private or group lesson we will flow through asana (posture) practice paying close attention to pranayam (breath) and drishti (gaze). We will learn to meditate during our practice, clearing the mind and creating space for peace, understanding and bliss.
