Yogi and I Fitness and Relaxation Centre is founded with the support of Home Of Yoga India as an initiative to spread yoga as ancient wisdom for modern health and fitness in Hong Kong.
We aim at sharing the authentic and traditional yogic methods to help Hong Kong people with hectic lifestyle to keep fit and healthy in a relaxed way. Applying the ancient wisdom of Yoga, we combine fitness program and relaxation plan in one training.
