Me within Me - Kundalini Yoga i Oslo, is a centre for Kundalini-Yoga, Business yoga, Meditation, Healing, Yoga Therapy, Children Yoga and Karam Kriya (yogic numerology and coaching). We offer weekly classes, workshops and teacher trainings. We are based in Oslo, Norway and in the surrounding beautiful landscape. Our aim is to give Kundalini Yoga a home in Norway and to deliver this deep and essential teaching to serve the people to their best, so they can live a healthy, happy and holy life aligned with their destiny to unfold their full potential and awaken their souls.
