Chi Yoga Flow classes offer creative, fluid, and meditative flows that incorporate elements from hatha yoga and Qi Flow movements, forming a holistic synthesis of meditation in motion. The practice of Chi Yoga awakens conscious concentration and restores the neuro-muscular balance. Conscious breathing in motion calms the mind and invites the experience of presence. Through purposeful selected movement and stretching sequences the energy flow within the meridians can be improved and harmonized. The Flows are put together into a wavelike moving sequence to open the physical as well as the energy body, releasing blockages, inviting new energy to come in, revitalizing your whole being. ?The flows are in alignment with the quality of the seasons as well as the lunar and solar qualities of the day to invite a holistic approach for profound change towards equanimity.
