Niyagama House is a retreat with seven guest rooms in the middle of our tea plantation in southern Sri Lanka. The plantation is only six miles inland from the coastal city of Galle and the beaches at the Indian Ocean. Revitalize your body, mind & soul with two daily yoga classes, meditation, ayurveda oil massages, inspiring evening workshops, strolling in nature, delicious rice & curry, dancing, laughing, smiling and being yourself. Niyagama House is the first place in Sri Lanka that offers Hot Yoga, a variation of Bikram Yoga. The classes are for all levels of ability with a special focus on beginners.
