Doron Yoga is committed to bring the highest level of teachings that will promote health and well being to the student. It is based on the tradition of Krishnamacharya and Ashtanga by Pattabhi Jois, yet is modified to include much more alignement and a variety of sequencing to work best with the current day student. Teachings are precise but not dogmatic, rich with humor and mostly emphasis on mind body integration, leading to better awareness and bliss, both within the practice and in life. Nutrition and health tips are always offered, creating a holistic yoga experience. The teacher trainings are in limited sized groups, with a dedicated teacher that serves like a life mentor.
