If you are looking for a yoga class that will encourage you to feel your practice and to notice how you feel - thinking of your physical body, mental, emotional and spiritual well being - then please come along to class. We work with the whole body, using the breath, being mindful of our posture work and completing our session with a meditation and relaxation. Every session is based around a theme to help with our focus; helping us find inspiration in our daily lives. Phillipa also specialises in teaching yoga to those living with cancer and runs specific classes for this group.
