Come and visit the only fully equipped yoga studio in the Jacksonville area with the ONLY Anusara certified teacher in northern Florida. Anusara means flowing with Grace. We offer weekly classes (beginner as well as more advanced) that are taught in a 8 to 10 week series. One classes builds on to the next, a great way to increase your knowledge, physically, mentally, and spiritually. All of our teachers have been trained in the Anusara Tradition and are 200 hour Certified Teachers. We also offer massage therapy, yoga therapeutics, and individual yoga classes by appointment. We are the only studio in North Florida that offers a teacher training for Anusara Yoga. We are a 200 and 500 hour Yoga School affiliated with Yoga Alliance. Our teacher training will begin on February 2 for the 200 hour training and on February 22, 2012 for our 500 hour training. We will be offering Yoga Therapeutics in these trainings on April 20 & 21, June 28 & 29. Please come and "jump into the flow" with us!!!
