My aim is to bring hatha yoga to all and to foster a sense of trust, respect and positivity in classes. I qualified as a yoga teacher with the BSY and teach in Leisure Clubs as well as my own classes. I am continuing my professional development by studying for an advanced teacher qualification and by attending various classes and workshops as a student whenever possible.
