Yoga Sports Specialist

Sport - Specific Yoga Techniques assist and improve performance within any discipline of sport and performance, during not only training and recovery but in performance potential also. It links in extremely well with many aspects of an athletes’ continued development, particularly strength and conditioning training. No previous experience of Yoga is required.

I also teach traditional yoga styles and chair based yoga for therapy and rehabilitation for various conditions -stroke, MS, disabled and injured clients along with older ages groups and mental health. I work with a person - centred approach, understanding the anatomy and biomechanics of movement.
