Dynamic and Hatha Yoga are taught in the same style – a cool flowing yoga routine. The great thing about learning a routine is that after you know it, you can practice the yoga on your own. Find yourself on holiday, or just can’t get to the class? No problem because you know what to do. Of course people still like coming to the class because the energy of working with others can really get you going. This style of yoga encourages people to become more intuitive to their own body, breathing and even how they are feeling. Over the years, I have seen how people adapt the yoga to make it work for them…their own personal authentic yoga and it looks great.
