Almudena is a 500RYT, registerd with the Yoga Alliance. Based in Los Angeles, California and originally from Brazil, she came about Yoga after a back injury left her bedridden for almost 2 months, within months of daily Yoga practice she made a full recovery and now works to spread the healing power of Yoga to all her students. She teaches Ashtanga and Power Yoga throughout Southern California. She also leads Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Trainings around the world.
