Jael has been known for her unique, strong, fun, dancey and healing yoga style for over a decade in New York and now in Florida where she has come to perform the mitzvah of care-giving for her elders. Having had to streamline her practice in order to give time to her family, she is now holding classes, both group and private, on an alternate schedule. Please call, don't be afraid (!) to schedule a practice that suits your needs and your schedule. JaelYoga is held pretty consistently several weekday evenings and on Sundays.
