The YWCA is your co-ed comfortable fitness center. Among other classes, we hold a variety of yoga classes from Yoga I, Yoga II and Yoga III as well as Vinyasa Yoga. Our instructors include Mary Lou Buck, Emily Elder, Doreen Garrison, and Debi Hawkins-McLendon.
We have a great community comprised of members from all walks of life and various fitness levels. We offer competitive rates, a friendly staff, a safe and comfortable facility and knowledgeable instructors.
