At Whidbey Island Yoga we take a holistic view toward health and fitness, so we offer a broad variety of additional classes, such as pilates, Qi gong, and meditation. Our yoga classes mirror this diversity; from our Ashtanga based Dynamic Hatha class and our exhilarating Movement Fusion, to our Beginners Mind Hatha and our therapeutic Vini and Prenatal Yoga. Students of all levels are challenged to work through their practice in a relaxed and fun environment. We are a community of connected individuals who take care of each other and ourselves. Ultimately, we aspire to move freely and live fully!
