The Yoga Fitness, Health & Wellness Program is the first of its kind in Belize. It is a new but superior program based on the principles of fitness and includes all of the requisite elements of a hatha yoga class. The classes are geared towards increasing the fitness level (flexibility, strength, stamina, balance, etc.), health and well-being of students enrolled long-term in the program. Each week, my yoga classes get a bit more challenging just to ensure that the body never falls into a plateau. The program is a steadily progressive one, with no previous experience in yoga necessary to register and enroll. All classes are multi-level classes designed for all levels of experience.
