Centered Yoga is a leader in the field of yoga education and teacher training worldwide. Since its founding in 1999 it has been offering courses for professional yoga teachers, those aspiring to become teachers, and sincere students seeking to go deeper in practice and understanding of the yoga and contemplative path. Our yoga teacher-training program is one of the most comprehensive in the world. It is also considered to be of the highest standard, with a scope that encompasses asana and vinyasa, pranayama, yoga philosophy, anatomy and physiology, meditation, chanting and spiritual practices. Authenticity and integrity are our hallmarks. We firmly believe in understanding correct practice and its purpose so that the effect is both true and in the right direction. Centered Yoga holds one month residential training programs at Samahita Retreat, along with a number of continuing education courses to advance the student and teacher. Through its founder, Paul Dallaghan, other programs are conducted around the world.
