At OM YOGA, we are devoted to creating a sanctuary of yoga that brings happiness and peacefulness to all. Our center situated in the heart of Taipei, Taiwan, that is easily accessible by all means of transport. Our dedicated studios equipped with all facilities for the teaching of all kinds of yoga techniques to meet different needs. Our passionate teaching team consists of yoga are eager to bring their experience and share their knowledge. We offer over [100] classes a week in a diversity of yoga practices, from traditional style like Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, to fun and challenging classes like Shoulders and Back, Yoga on Hands, and spiritual practice of meditation. No matter beginners or advanced practitioners, all will be able to find a class that fits their preference and the level of experience and allows room to grow in their yoga practice.
