I am a Certified Yoga Instructor, teaching since 2006. I continue my education by keeping current with several yoga conferences, intensives and workshops, and draw from a variety of yoga styles and inspiring teachers. In addition to teaching adults in group and private classes, I also enjoy teaching playful yoga to children. I teach in many venues, difference ages, abilities and levels. Yoga is for everybody, and the benefits are many! My mission is to guide, nurture and inspire people of all ages to connect with their true self. To help them realize physical, mental and spiritual wholeness and harmony, through the gift of yoga.
