Canadian based yoga teacher of 13 years, offering 200 & 300Hr Yoga Alliance courses internationally. The courses are set in beautiful, remote locations worldwide. In 2013 we will be heading to Spain (200Hr) May 20-June 9th and Nicaragua (300Hr) Oct 15 - Nov 12. Be prepared to be challenged and thrown deep into the underbelly of what is yoga, covering all aspects: advanced asana, pranayama, meditation, history, philosophy and teaching methodology.
