Blended Yoga is a set of classes, services, and workshops I developed to help you rest, reset, reconnect, get strong, get energized, and rock your life.
It’s a combination of Hatha (stationary), Vinyasa (flowing), and Yin (longer held poses) Yoga. A typical class moves through a set of flowing sequences to help you build heat and burn off your day, a set of challenging poses to help you feel strong, empowered, and maybe a little bad-ass, and then a set of slow, calm, yin sequences to help you wind down, get still, and reconnect.
Yoga helps you move stuff. Shift stuff. Process stuff. Burn off the day. Burn through the stress. Breathe.
