I practice and teach fluid and evolving style of yoga which challanges and nurtures. Classes, 1:1 tutorials and therapeutic sessions are always tailored to my clients needs and designed with a deep respect for your unique physicality and personal journey. I work with beginners as well as adept yoga practitioners, pregnant women, adults affected by autism, corporate sessions, children within the state school system as well as therapeutically with dancers, performers, women trying to concieve and of course the wider community. I hold my yoga teaching certificates, pranayama , Thai massage certificate and I am a qualified pregnancy yoga teacher with Sitaram Partnership. More important than my certificates though I feel is my daily practice and continued training. This evolving practice affects my evolving style of teaching.
