Forrest Yoga is an intensely physical and internally focused practice, which has specifically been created to deal with the physical and mental stresses of our modern lifestyle. Creatrix Ana T. Forrest has modified traditional yoga postures and created new ones to help with modern-day ailments like lower and upper back pain, neck and shoulder issues, carpal tunnel syndrome and intestinal disorders. Forrest Yoga is suitable for all age groups, body types and fitness levels and encourages students to practice mindfully and respond honestly.
