I teach groups or individuals around the Thalwil area. I practice and teach Hatha and Brahmani style vinyasa, where emphasis is given on sequences designed to challenge and yet respect the individual's body. No stretches when you are still cool! and so on. We focus on awareness during the class, which opens up the door of yoga for you.
