Jennifer has 23 years experience in Iyengar yoga, was certified to teach in 1998, and is qualified to train teachers in this rigorous method. She specializes in applying in-depth knowledge of beginner and intermediate level Yogasana and Pranayama to practice and in the experience of life. Jennifer gives talks on the history and philosophy of yoga, and assists women during and after pregnancy and people with particular therapeutic needs (MS, blood pressure, injuries, stress, etc.) at home and in a studio setting. She also mentors teachers toward Iyengar certification. Jennifer is to be found mostly in Amsterdam at Coffeemania (.nl) and Karunika (.nl), and when in Ithaca, NY, mostly at Fine Spirit Studio.
