“Change Yourself, Change the World….” And stop into the YagaFlo Yoga Studio nestled in a tiny corner of downtown Cruz Bay for a “different kind of happy hour.” YagaFlo offers energy inspired yoga, promoting a new and better you, seven days a week. Whether you are a resident of Cruz Bay, or just in town visiting we would love to practice with you, enhancing your vacation or balancing your daily routine. Each yoga class is $15 for a drop-in class. Meditation is donation based with a recommended donation of just a few dollars. Monthly unlimited memberships are available for $150 while a ten class punch card is $85.
