Why wait till it hurts, when you can keep all parts of your body in balance and thereby preventing ever getting injured. Each class starts with Sun Salutations followed by the standing sequence and then seated sequence of Primary Series. I adapt the class depending on who attends, anyone from beginner to experienced ashtanga practitioners can pariticipate at the same time. Classes always end with taking rest.
