You Yoga, Me Yoga & More Studio is now open & offers a variety of yoga classes to include: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Yoga Classes. Yin & Yang Yoga, Yoga in the Chair & various meditations are also offered. Community Opening will be on Saturday, May 25th from 10:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m. with lots of give-aways & free yoga. Every Thursday at 5:00 p.m. there will be a Stress Release Yoga Class for $5.00 and at 6:30 p.m. there will be an Osho Meditation for $5.00. Stress Release Yoga Class on Sundays at 6:00 p.m. for $5.
