Our small class sizes are designed to allow for lots of personal attention and emphasis on alignment detail. Our teachers are influenced by a blend of different yoga styles including Anusara, Ashtanga and Iyengar methods, to lead you through a well-balanced alignment-based flow class. All levels welcome!
