I teach individual yoga therapy sessions for students dealing with specific health concerns, such as pain, anxiety and chronic stress conditions. I also teach classes at St. Ann's for cancer survivors; Chair Yoga and Yoga for Healing for Riverside Hospital; and meditation classes for the Cancer Support Community and St. Ann's.
