Yoga @ The LifeQual Center holds its classes in a beautiful open classroom space within the wellness center. Early morning, lunchtime, and after-work classes are available. The studio offers classes you can take in your work clothes, and encourages people to come as they are. Vinyasa/more movement based classes also available. Breathing, meditation, and gentle stretching are all incorporated into classes which even true beginners and those who say they are
